From August 24, 2026 to August 25, 2026

A territory can be explored through its landscapes, traditions and communities. It can also be discovered through a dish, a glass of wine or an ingredient carefully preserved and transformed.
This is the vision behind the Gusta Sannio Food Festival, an event created to showcase the culinary excellence of inland Campania and the professionals who contribute to its promotion every day.
In the green surroundings of Tenuta Pascarella, chefs, pizza makers, producers, winemakers and culinary artisans create a collective account of Sannio. Food becomes a way to understand the land, interpret its ingredients and observe how tradition can enter into dialogue with contemporary techniques and ideas.
The festival offers an experience that extends beyond tasting. Creative dishes, local wines, artisanal products and opportunities to meet the people behind them invite visitors to discover the stories contained in every flavour. Sustainability, responsible supply chains and connections between restaurants, businesses and local organisations are also central to the event.
Since its previous editions, the festival has also connected food with solidarity, directing part of its proceeds towards social projects and initiatives supporting the inclusion of vulnerable people.
Gusta Sannio therefore becomes a shared experience in which food expresses identity, responsibility and a vision for the future—an invitation to encounter the area through its most immediate and convivial form.
