There is a place in the heart of Benevento where, for over a century, artisanal passion, tradition, and authentic flavorhave come together: it’s the home of Fabbriche Riunite Torrone di Benevento, founded in 1908 by a group of master nougat makers who joined forces to build something greater.
In 1912, the historic factory on Viale Principe di Napoli was built, marking the beginning of a journey made of challenges and rebirths. Wars, economic hardship, and even a flood couldn’t stop the dream. In 1955, Mario Rosa became the heart and soul of the company, revitalizing it and transforming it into a symbol of Sannio’s confectionery excellence.
Today, with the third generation at the helm, the company continues to produce nougat, sweets, and artisanal frozen desserts, using local ingredients and maintaining a deep care for every detail.
