On 28 August 2026, on International Red Wine Day, Giardino delle Oche Wine Resort in Ponte hosts Firma d’Autore – Ocone: six gourmet courses, six Ocone 1910 wines and a live cooking experience celebrating meat, wine and the flavours of the Sannio area.

Some pairings simply seem meant to meet at the table. Fire, meat and wine are among them, especially when the ingredients and flavours tell the story of the Sannio area.

On Friday, 28 August 2026, Giardino delle Oche Wine Resort in Ponte hosts Firma d’Autore – Ocone, an evening bringing together the gastronomic experience of Cillo Experience and the wines of Ocone 1910 in a carefully designed tasting journey.

Six courses and six glasses of wine will guide guests through different interpretations of meat. The experience begins with country-style cooked ham made from Suino Chiaro del Sannio, followed by the butcher’s skewer, smoked pastrami, grilled Frisona beef raised in the Sannio area and Flat Iron Steak. The final savoury course features Castelpoto sausage, served with white cabbage and rustic potato glazed with chestnut honey.

Each dish will be paired with a selected Ocone wine, beginning with BN 03 Metodo Classico Blanc de Noir Pas Dosé 2021 and continuing through different expressions of Aglianico del Taburno, alongside rosé and Piedirosso.

A live cooking show will add another dimension to the evening, bringing techniques, preparation and cooking directly in front of the guests.

It is an experience that chooses the table as a way to tell the story of the Sannio area: through carefully selected ingredients, the knowledge of those who work with them, the heat of the fire and wines created to accompany every course.
