Frittole Vineria opened its doors in 2001, but its spirit belongs to another time — or perhaps to imagination itself. The name pays homage to the fictional village from the beloved Italian film “Non ci resta che piangere”, starring the iconic duo Troisi and Benigni. Just like in the movie, time here seems to slow down or drift away entirely — laughter flows as easily as the wine, and the date hardly matters.
