On Sunday, 4 October, Pro Loco Frasso Telesino APS invites visitors to experience "The Red Forest", an immersive hike through the heart of the Taburno-Camposauro Regional Park, celebrating one of nature's most spectacular transformations: the autumn foliage.
The route winds through ancient beech forests, panoramic clearings and mountain trails painted in brilliant shades of gold, orange and deep red. More than a simple hike, this experience encourages participants to slow down and reconnect with nature through observation, silence and mindful walking.
One of the highlights of the day will be the "leaf bath", an opportunity to lie on a soft carpet of autumn leaves and fully embrace the peaceful atmosphere of the forest. Participants will also enjoy a guided sound experience, taking time to listen to the wind moving through the trees, the rustling leaves and the natural sounds that often go unnoticed during everyday life.
Designed to showcase the extraordinary beauty of the Taburno-Camposauro Regional Park, this initiative offers a unique way to experience the Sannio's natural heritage during one of its most colourful and fascinating seasons.
