From August 7, 2026 to August 9, 2026

Flour, tomatoes, mozzarella and the warmth of the oven: simple ingredients that, when combined with the work of local producers, tell the story of an entire territory. From 7 to 9 August 2026, Paduli will host a new edition of Pizza a Km0, one of the most eagerly awaited food events of the Sannio summer.
For three evenings, the Villa Comunale will become a large open-air pizzeria, welcoming residents and visitors around shared tables. What makes the event special is its use of ingredients supplied by farms and businesses in the Paduli area: from locally grown wheat used to produce flour to tomatoes, cheeses and the other ingredients chosen for the different toppings.
Pizza therefore becomes a meeting point for farmers, producers and pizza makers, brought together by a short supply chain that supports the local economy and allows visitors to discover the origins of the food on their plates.
The tastings will be accompanied by music and entertainment, creating a welcoming and informal atmosphere for families and groups of friends. Pizza a Km0 celebrates not only one of the world’s most beloved dishes, but also the dedication, quality and passion of those who continue to grow and transform the products of Paduli’s land.
