From September 3, 2026 to September 10, 2026

Some aromas immediately evoke the pleasure of being together. The smell of a burning grill is one of them: it recalls shared tables, evenings spent outdoors and ingredients that need very little transformation to reveal their character.
From 3 to 10 September 2026, this convivial ritual returns to Moiano with Bracestate, organised by Antica Macelleria Buonanno in Via Papa Giovanni XXIII.
The event grows out of the experience of an artisan butcher’s shop whose history spans four generations. Its roots date back to the 1920s, while in 1946 Giacomo Buonanno opened a small butcher’s shop in the village, initially specialising in goat meat. Over the following decades, the business became increasingly connected with livestock farming, Marchigiana cattle and the selection of meat from the province of Benevento.
Bracestate brings this heritage beyond the shop and transforms it into an event open to the community. The grill becomes a meeting point between the butcher’s craft, knowledge of raw ingredients and the simple pleasure of sharing an evening.
At the heart of the experience is its connection with the Sannio area and with a short supply chain involving farmers, artisans and local producers. Bracestate is therefore more than a food event: it is also an opportunity to discover a food culture based on provenance, patience and respect for the ingredients.
For eight days, Moiano hosts an experience combining flavour and conviviality, reminding visitors that every product can carry the story of a family, a craft and a tradition passed down through generations.
