Some festivals are created to fill a square, while others seem to exist simply to bring people together.
From 17 to 19 August 2026, Braciamì Ancora returns to Ponte Rotto, in Contrada Morroni, Apice, for its fifth edition: three evenings combining flavours, music and the sense of togetherness that continues to make summer celebrations in the small towns and villages of the Sannio so special.
Starting at 8:00 p.m., the atmosphere comes alive with outdoor tables, shared moments and a different live music performance each evening. Opening the event on Monday, 17 August will be I Contacunti, with music inspired by the folk culture and traditions of Southern Italy. On Tuesday, 18 August, I Malamente will take the stage, while on Wednesday, 19 August, the festival will come to a close with La Takkarata, a group dedicated to folk arts and traditions.
Three evenings that perfectly capture the spirit of an event built around the simple pleasure of being together: sitting around a table, listening to music, meeting people and rediscovering that sense of community that has always been at the heart of traditional village festivals.
Set against the rural backdrop of Ponte Rotto, Braciamì Ancora becomes a small but authentic portrait of summer in the Sannio: open-air evenings, traditions that continue to find their voice through music, and a community that still chooses to gather around the same table.
