Vinestate 2026

There are places where wine is much more than something poured into a glass. It is landscape, work, memory and part of a story that a community continues to tell.

In Torrecuso, this connection returns to the spotlight from 3 to 6 September 2026 with the 51st edition of VinEstate, four days transforming the village into a journey through wine culture, food, art, music and opportunities for discovery.

Wine remains at the heart of the festival, together with the winemaking heritage of the Taburno area. Wineries and food stands will welcome visitors throughout the event, while special wine-pairing dinners will explore the relationship between local dishes and selected wines through carefully designed sensory experiences.

VinEstate also looks towards the future. The theme chosen for 2026 is “Sannio on course towards the 2027 America's Cup”, culminating in a conference on 5 September. Each day is symbolically associated with one of the major sailing teams: INEOS Britannia, Team New Zealand, Team Australia and Luna Rossa.

Alongside food and wine, the programme includes round-table discussions on the protection and future of Campania's winemaking heritage, literary encounters, children's activities and guided visits to the Contemporary Art Wine Museum. Throughout the festival, visitors will also be able to discover the travelling photography exhibition “Percorsi di Vite” and the contemporary art exhibition “Cosmogonie – Mito e Materia.”

As evening falls, the story moves into the streets. With “Le Note del Borgo”, Torrecuso's squares and alleyways become stages for bands, duos, DJs, saxophone performances and travelling musicians, creating a different musical itinerary every night.

The festival continues until midnight on Sunday, when the traditional lighting of the castle brings the 51st edition to its symbolic conclusion.

Four days to taste, listen, learn and wander through the village. Because VinEstate tells the story of wine by beginning exactly where that wine belongs: in its landscape and among the people who continue to make it part of Sannio's identity.
